Uses & Applications
• Cut into cubes and deep fry it to make it the perfect appetizer. Enhance your salads, rices or soups by crumbling it tenderly.
• It is also a fantastic complement for fresh fruits salads, jams, and a fantastic addition to any cheeseboard.
• Pairs great with medium or light bodied white wine, with acidic fruit flavors.
