Uses & Applications
• Fresco can be enjoyed as a cold snack. Crumble atop beans, salads and soups. Mash with avocado and spread on a toast or tostadas.
• Great for grilled sandwiches, omelets, enchiladas, tacos and cactus salad. Crumble and mix with pico de gallo as an appetizer.
• Serve our delicious Fresco in a cheeseboard next to almonds, dried apricots, dried cranberries, dates, figs, mango or pistachios.
